Individual workshop participants who have paid and withdraw from attending a particular workshop will not be entitled to a refund, unless they communicate their intention to withdraw to NZ Training Assessments limited in writing a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the workshop commencing.
Where an individual; withdraws from a workshop less than (2) weeks in advance, alternate training date/s will be negotiated with the individual.
Refunds will be paid to the original payee only.
Cancellations 2 weeks prior to the start of the course date will receive a refund less 20% administration fee, plus less cost of any resource material supplied.
NZ Training & Assessments will not refund any monies paid for study material once the study material has been sent.
Additional charges: Unit standard registration fee of $5-00 per credit apply to all unit standard papers and is payable prior to issue of certificate.
